A Family Friendly Lakeside Association

The Association was incorporated in 1980 and consists of approximately 8100 owners who own about 11,000 platted lots. The Association holds many recreational amenities covering 350 acres which include 9 lakefront parks, 6 party pavilions, 5 playgrounds, 4 boat ramps, a marina, an indoor fishing well, a campground, a swimming pool, a disc golf course, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts and multiple buildings with 5 meeting rooms available for rent. All amenities are private for the use of property owners and their guests.

A seven-member Board of Directors governs the Association. Each Director serves a 3-year term with staggered expirations. The election of Directors is held each year in November and the elected Directors are announced at the Annual Member’s Meeting held the first Saturday of December each year. The Board hires a General Manager to manage the daily operations and implement the policies approved by the Board. The GM hires and leads staff in four departments: administration, parks-marina-campground, facilities-pool, and security Rangers.
